Bookings
Prices will vary depending on number of pickups required and
the location of your wedding.
Prices are calculated from our Burgess Hill base, taking into
account time and return distance
to get our lovely cars home.
Bookings will be confirmed
upon receipt of booking form
and non refundable
deposit of £100 (per vehicle)
The balance is required 30 days prior to the Wedding date. Any bookings made within 30 days of your wedding will require payment in full at the time of booking.
All agreed prices and payments will
be confirmed in writing.
Timings are important for us. Therefore, in the event of
over-running, we will ask for
a further £20 for every additional 30 minutes beyond our release
time as agreed on the booking form. (The contract)
Ts&Cs
We are unable to transport children
under 3 years of age. We ask parents or carers of children aged 3 years
and over who would normally be seated in a booster seat to provide one for their journey.
Seatbelts are available in all vehicles.
Those under 14 years will be asked to
wear a seat belt, adults are responsible
for wearing where appropriate.
Whilst we make every effort to get
you to your venue on time we
cannot predict all eventualities.
We cannot accept responsibility for
late arrivals due to circumstances
beyond our control
i.e. road closures, accidents
and traffic jams etc.
In the event of mechanical failure
every effort will be made to repair and
supply your chosen vehicle on the day,
however this may be subject to change should the vehicle be unrepairable.
Every effort will be made to get you
to your destination as a matter of
urgency following mechanical failure.
Under these circumstances
compensation may be offered.
Compensation is limited to the cost
or part cost of the car hire charged
and is subject to the discretion of
Brooklands Wedding Cars Sussex.
Bespoke Packages
If you require multiple pickups before
the ceremony or extra runs after the service then we can tailor your
package to suit your needs.
Being centrally located we can pretty much cover the whole of Sussex
within the 30 mile radius including:-
Bognor Regis, Arundel, Littlehampton, Midhurst, Petworth, Pulborough, Billingshurst, Southwater, Horsham, Crawley, Copthorne, Steyning, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill,
Hassocks, Brighton, Hove, Maresfield, Crowborough, Uckfield, Lewes,
Newhaven, Seaford, Heathfield,
Polegate, Eastbourne, Pevensey,
Burwash, Bexhill, Battle, Bodium, St Leonards and anywhere in between!
Depending on the location of your wedding we can arrange to travel
further, however this will be
reflected in your quotation.
GDPR Statement
Your personal data is safe with us,
we do not collect email addresses
nor forward them to third parties.
Your personal data will be retained
for a period of six months following
the date of your wedding, at which
time all will be deleted. If you require
us to delete it at some other point
in time please email

The exception being the
documentation that HMRC
requires us to keep for a minimum
of six years following our annual
tax return. That documentation will
be encrypted and password
protected following our tax return
and only re-opened at the
request of HMRC.
Once the six years has expired all information will then be destroyed.
Other than us no other party will
have access to any of your data
with the exception of our accountants
who will be able to access only that
which they need to complete our
annual tax return to HMRC.
